• Prices may include service fees, processing fees, or third-party markups
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated

6. Refunds and Disputes

Because we work with third-party vendors and correctional systems:

• Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the underlying vendor
• We do not guarantee refunds for rejected, delayed, or confiscated items

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.

• Loss of funds due to vendor issues or facility restrictions
• Delays, rejections, or confiscations by correctional institutions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the past 3 months.
